Registration for the 1st year of a PhD at ISAE-ENSMA

Your arrival at ISAE-ENSMA

 

Registration for the 1st year is made at the beginning of the academic year from 1st September.

The academic year for doctoral studies at ISAE-ENSMA begins on 1st October and ends on 30th September of the following year.

Please note that if you have a doctoral contract, you must first be registered in order to sign your employment contract.

To register, you will need to :

1/ fill in all the documents to be downloaded at the bottom of the page

1a/ sign by all parties (except the ED and ENSMA head) by contacting the laboratory to which you are attached

1b/ return the complete package to the ED / DRDV, by e-mail to ed.mimme@ensma.fr

1c/ pay the CVEC of 103€, by clicking on the link to obtain the certificate for the current year: https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/

2/ pre-register via the following link https://aurion.ensma.fr/extranet/faces/Login.xhtml

2a / click on ‘Access information without logging in’.

2b / click on ‘ENSMA doctoral student admission’ on the left, fill in and validate

2c / click on ‘registration in progress’, fill in and validate

2d/ if you wish, tick the 3 times payment option at the end of the form.

This request will be accepted if the first payment is made before 15 October. A special procedure will be sent to you.

3/ you will receive an e-mail from the ED / DRDV department to finalise your registration by making the payment. The tuition fee for the 2025/2026 academic year is 397 euros.

Please do not hesitate to contact the doctoral school / DRDV department if you have any questions about the training programme, monitoring procedures and the rights and duties of doctoral students.

To re-register, you will need to :
1/ complete all the documents to be downloaded at the bottom of the page
1a/ sign by all parties (except the ED and ENSMA heads) by contacting the laboratory to which you are attached
1b/ return the complete package to the ED / DRDV, by e-mail to ed.mimme@ensma.fr
1c/ pay the CVEC of €103, by clicking on the link to obtain the certificate for the current year: https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/
2/ if you need to be exempted from registration fees, if your thesis is a joint registration with a foreign country, an ATER or a DCACE (carrying out a teaching load), please inform the ED / DRDV.
3/ have completed your CSI
4/ pre-register via the following link https://aurion.ensma.fr/
3a / log in
3b / click on ‘registration in progress’, complete and validate
5/ you will receive an e-mail from the ED / DRDV department to finalise your registration by making the payment. The tuition fee for the 2025/2026 academic year is 397 euros.
